EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS

At LIUMIAR®, we understand the value of your lighting investment. That is why we offer extended warranty options on our website for added peace of mind. Our extended protection plans provide additional coverage beyond the standard one-year manufacturer warranty to help keep your purchase protected.

Extended Warranty Options Coming Soon

Customers will have the opportunity to choose from three extended warranty options at the time of purchase:

2-Year Extended Protection
3-Year Extended Protection
5-Year Extended Protection

These plans provide additional coverage beyond the standard manufacturer warranty period.

Please note that once the extended warranty is added to an order and the product has been delivered, the extended warranty cannot be canceled or refunded.

Coverage

Our extended warranty plans cover accidental damage that may occur during normal residential use. This includes unforeseen incidents that affect the functionality or appearance of the product.

The extended warranty may be utilized once per calendar year. For example, if you purchased a 3-year extended warranty and submitted a claim during the first year, you may not submit another claim until the following year. Any new claim must be for a separate and distinct issue from the one previously reported.

Accidental Damage Coverage

Accidental damage coverage includes, but is not limited to:

Spills or stains affecting lighting finishes
Scratches, chips, or surface damage
Accidental breakage of non-electrical components
Damage caused by pets such as claw marks
Unintentional impact damage

Exclusions

The extended warranty does not cover:

Deliberate misuse, abuse, or neglect
Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect wiring
Power surges or improper voltage
Unauthorized repairs or alterations
Normal wear and tear
Fading or cosmetic changes over time
Commercial use of residential products
Acts of nature including flooding, fire, storms, or other natural disasters

Claim Process

In the event of accidental damage, customers must contact our support team at support@liumiar.com.

A claim representative will guide you through the process. Customers may be required to provide:

Order number
Proof of purchase
Photos and or video evidence of the damage
A detailed explanation of the issue

Resolution Process

Once the claim is submitted, LIUMIAR will evaluate the nature and extent of the damage. If the issue is covered under the extended warranty, we may:

Arrange for professional repair
Provide replacement parts
Offer a product replacement
Provide store credit when appropriate

All resolutions are provided at LIUMIAR's sole discretion based on claim review.

Terms and Conditions

Each extended warranty plan includes specific terms regarding coverage duration, claim eligibility, and resolution limits. By purchasing an extended warranty, customers agree to the terms provided at checkout.

Extended warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
