SHIPPING POLICY

LIUMIAR® ships both within the United States and internationally.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) from the time the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Eastern & Central States: 3 to 7 business days
  • Western States: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and the carrier used.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to select international destinations.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 7 to 21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the local postal service.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

LIUMIAR® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or international regulations.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

While we strive to meet estimated shipping and delivery dates, LIUMIAR® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the return process after receiving the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

Items Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, LIUMIAR® does not have direct control over the package.

If the issue persists after contacting the carrier, please email support@liumiar.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking Issues

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier system updates. If you are unable to locate your tracking information or have concerns about your shipment, please contact support@liumiar.com.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number.

Damages

LIUMIAR® is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim and retain all packaging materials for documentation purposes.
