Warranty Claim
STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
The manufacturer of LIUMIAR® products sold through the official LIUMIAR® website warrants that products sold are free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.
This warranty applies only to purchases made directly through www.liumiar.com and is valid only for the original purchaser.
Replacements
If a replacement is issued after LIUMIAR®’s return/exchange policy period has expired for a product covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy, shipping and handling fees may be the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer chooses not to accept the replacement charges incurred, alternative compensation will not be honored. The customer bears responsibility for forfeiting their replacement offer once the claim is closed.
Installation Issues / Product Issues
If for any reason there is difficulty associated with installing or setting up a product and a warranty claim is placed within the return/exchange policy period, the LIUMIAR® support team will reach out to the customer to help resolve the issue.
If the solution provided does not resolve the issue, the product may be replaced with the same item, subject to approval under the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy.
Repairs
If a customer is offered a repair for their product, an appointment must be scheduled within 2 to 5 business days of the initial repair offer with our authorized service provider.
If the repair is not scheduled due to any of the following reasons, the repair service cannot reach the customer, the customer is unavailable, or the customer is a no show at the scheduled appointment, a service fee may apply to cover technician cancellation costs.
Repair fees are typically covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy. However, if the product is determined not to be covered due to misuse, incorrect installation, improper voltage, or the issue being inaccurately described in the claim submission, an inspection fee may be billed to the customer.
Customers must clearly identify the issue and supply photos and or videos when requested to confirm the problem prior to scheduling any inspection to avoid possible charges.
Claim Submissions
When a claim is submitted, LIUMIAR® agrees, at its sole discretion during the warranty period, to assess the extent of the alleged defect and may accept or deny a claim, repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the item, offer compensation in the form of store credit, or offer a return or exchange for equal or lesser value.
Shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance fees may be incurred by the customer depending on the nature of the claim.
Warranty options can only be approved when submissions include all required filing information, including proof of purchase, order number, customer details matching the original purchase, and clear photo and or video evidence of the issue.
All warranty claims must be filed by the original purchaser via support@liumiar.com. Please retain your original receipt for at least one year in the event a claim becomes necessary.
If a claim is accepted or denied, the customer must reply in a timely manner. Warranty tickets may close automatically if the customer does not respond within 48 hours of a proposed solution. Closed claims cannot be reopened once the warranty period has expired.
If a new claim is submitted after the valid warranty period, prior resolutions cannot be re offered.
Manufacturer warranties are non transferable, cannot be extended, and may be void if the product is relocated or modified.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality, improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, abnormal use, modification, or personal accidents.
This warranty also does not cover electrical damage due to improper wiring or voltage issues, damage caused by third party installers, clearance items, final sale items, custom orders, or products purchased outside of the official LIUMIAR® website.
Replacement of non defective parts such as mounting hardware, small accessories, or removable components is not covered.
LIUMIAR® is not responsible for fees incurred by hiring private installers or contractors.
Damage caused by weather, flooding, fire, power surges, acts of God, commercial use of residential products, damages incurred during relocation to a new address, or compensation for delayed shipments are not covered under this warranty.
