LIUMIAR® is operated by DAVID FEDER LLC. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms carefully.

30-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in like-new condition
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• All components, hardware, and accessories must be included
• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, odors, pet hair, improper assembly, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

Returns made for convenience (non-defective items) are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Proper packaging to prevent damage during transit

Returns must be authorized before shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance items
• Products marked as Final Sale
• Floor Samples
• Custom or made-to-order items

All sales of these items are final.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected at our Tampa, FL distribution center, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refund will be issued to your original payment method
• The 30% restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after issuance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

After review, we will provide a resolution which may include:

• Replacement parts
• Repair assistance
• Replacement item
• Refund at our discretion

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for VAT, customs duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These charges are non-refundable.
